Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Food, treats, medications, and hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, for health and safety reasons.

• Damaged or incorrect items should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
